Calvary Students

Growing together.

Whoever you are, wherever you're from, you are welcome here.

The student ministry of Calvary Baptist Church has
Three Main Goals:

1) Help students to grow in their love for the Gospel and their relationship with Jesus Christ by teaching them to love God with all of their heart, soul, mind, and strength.
2) Teach students how to study God's word with confidence and understanding, encouraging them to pursue Spiritual Disciplines.
3) Disciple students and teach them the importance of multiplication in order to make disciples of all nations.
Calvary students meets weekly on Sunday nights from 5:30-7 pm and Wednesday nights from 6:30-8 pm in the gym. Students are led in worship by our praise team and hear a message from the Bible that aims to present the gospel clearly and challenge them in order to change their lives. Students also have fun by playing games and hanging out with one another before and after the services.

Summer camps 2020

Middle school camp

Summer Camp is designed for students in 6th - 8th grade to encourage biblical literacy, spiritual disciplines, and discipleship.

We will be attending Student Life Camp this year at Liberty University on July 6-10. So mark your calendars! Cost will be $200.00 a student and
 sign ups are coming soon!

High School mission week

Student Mission Week is a part of the way we train students to participate in the Great Commission now and in the future. While students are making an impact in their schools, extracurriculars, and workplaces throughout the year, mission week gives them an opportunity to take the gospel outside of their local context and see it translate into different cities, cultures, and nations.

This year our High School students will have the opportunity to serve local Church planters in Chicago. The dates for Mission week are July 22-27. Cost for this trip will be $200.00 a student.

glorify. Grow.Go

At Calvary Student Ministry we love the Gospel and we joyfully embrace the call of Jesus to make disciples. Our team seeks to make disciples of students by faithfully sharing the Word of God and intentionally showing the love of Christ. Our desire in everything we do is for students to come to know Jesus, encourage sanctification, and go to the nations with the Gospel.
